The maintenance department of Carnegie Building Services is expanding rapidly and undertakes both responsive and planned maintenance work.

We are able to offer a comprhensive package combining our core business of roofing with an expertise in general building works.

Programmed maintenance
Programmed or planned maintenance is a proactive approach to building management. This is particulary important in commercial environments where space and time are at a premium.

Planned maintenance includes such items as room upgrades, annual roof maintenance, painting or carpet replacement. It allows potential problems to be identified and resolved before they affect your income.

Planned maintenance is an effective way of extending the life expectancy of the building.

Re-active maintenance
Some things can just happen that are not foreseeable, for example bad weather or accidental damage. Carnegie Building Services can react swiftly to correct these problems before they become major issues.
